Production process and technology |

During the production process we aim at an optimal occupancy rate and full automation of the production and packaging processes. Our modern plastic processing units have been designed based on the latest technical developments, and the latest robot technology from the automotive industry is used for automatic stacking.
Because the moulds are of high quality it is possible to have extremely low cycle times, therefore an Interco mould was used at the promotion of the latest Arburg spraying moulding machines.
  
Most of the Interco containers are produced from recycled material. Due to a strict selection of the basic material, which is mixed in large silos, a mix of raw materials is created that guarantees sturdy and impact-proof products.
By means of photo-cell detection systems faulty products can be detected in order that optimum quality is guaranteed. |
